- prior dishwashing experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to lift heavy items

Job Duties
- operate and maintain the dual space dishwasher
- manage the grease interceptor
- restock pans and dishes on the line
- ensure all kitchenware is cleaned promptly
- assist kitchen staff during busy times
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- follow health and safety protocols
