Job Duties
- clean all dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils used throughout the shift
- help put away deliveries
- keep the dishwasher in good working order
- set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that must be hand washed
- be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process
- sweep and mop floors as needed
- keep open communication with team members
