- Drug screen and background check required

- Experience in dishwashing or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to participate in training and team activities
Job Duties
- Check box bin empty when needed
- Set up and clear pot washing area (3-compartment sink area)
- Check tray-belt and clear if needed
- Check and fill dish machine
- Check and record wash and rinse temperatures
- Wash any items that are soiled and dirty
- Ensure all washable equipment air dries on racks free of water and follow hygiene procedures
- Sort and stack clean equipment and carry carts to proper storage areas
- Wash front of house garbage can lids through dish machine
- Sanitize stainless area, tray line and tray belt
- Wash floor mats and re-rack mats on mat holder
- Run dish machine filters through machine
- Shut down, drain, and clean dish machine jets and screens, rinse machine inside and out
- Remove trash and cardboard to dumpster
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attend department meetings and in-services
- Successfully complete criminal background checks and drug screenings
- Participate in patient and resident satisfaction programs and activities
