Job Requirements
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a general kitchen cleaning role is preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly cleaned quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Restock and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Ensure the kitchen equipment is properly sanitized
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Unload and store supplies in their proper location
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Perform other duties as requested by restaurant staff
