Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a general kitchen cleaning role is preferred
Ability to work efficiently and quickly
Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, and stand for long periods
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, and on public holidays

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes are spotlessly cleaned quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Restock and store all tableware and kitchenware
Ensure the kitchen equipment is properly sanitized
Assist kitchen staff as needed
Unload and store supplies in their proper location
Empty and clean all trash receptacles
Perform other duties as requested by restaurant staff
