Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders ensuring freshness and longevity
  • Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Skillfully operate kitchen machinery including knives ovens grills food processors and blenders adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen
  • Thoroughly open close and clean your station ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success
  • Occasionally assist with food preparation as needed
  • Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
  • Remove garbage from restaurant bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team’s needs at any time
