Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity
- Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness
- Skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen
- Thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success
- Occasionally assist with food preparation as needed
- Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
- Remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team's needs at any time
