Job Duties
- efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders ensuring freshness and longevity
- inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet standards for quality and cleanliness
- skillfully operate kitchen machinery including knives ovens grills food processors and blenders adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen
- thoroughly open close and clean your station ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success
- occasionally assist with food preparation as needed
- wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
- remove garbage from restaurant bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas
- be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team needs at any time
