- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no previous experience required
- ability to work any shift including closing shifts
- motivation to learn and grow
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to comply with food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- operate the dish machine
- supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
- change water, store and use dish chemicals properly
- set up and organize the dish racks
- remove trash
- exhibit teamwork
