Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in a wet and confined area
  • availability to work flexible shifts including closing shifts

Job Duties

  • work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant

  • operating the dish machine
  • supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • changing water storing and using dish chemicals properly
  • setting up and organizing the dish racks
  • removing trash
