Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to work any shift including closing shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a wet, confined area with elevated temperatures
- Willingness to bend, reach, twist and use hands continuously

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Operating the dish machine
- Supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
- Changing water, storing and using dish chemicals properly
- Setting up and organizing the dish racks
- Removing trash
- Exhibiting teamwork
