Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No previous experience required
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
  • Ability to work any shift including closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a wet, confined area with elevated temperatures
  • Willingness to bend, reach, twist and use hands continuously

Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Operating the dish machine
  • Supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • Changing water, storing and using dish chemicals properly
  • Setting up and organizing the dish racks
  • Removing trash
  • Exhibiting teamwork
