Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Operate the dish machine
- Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
- Change water, store and use dish chemicals properly
- Set up and organize the dish racks
- Remove trash
- Exhibit teamwork
