Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no previous experience required
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in wet and confined spaces
- open availability preferred
- flexibility to work any shift, closing shifts preferred

Job Duties
- work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- operate the dish machine
- supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
- change water, store and use dish chemicals properly
- set up and organize the dish racks
- remove trash
- exhibit teamwork
