Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work flexible hours including closing shifts
  • willingness to work in wet, confined, and elevated temperature environments

Job Duties

  • work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • work quickly and efficiently
  • follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • operate the dish machine
  • supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • change water, store and use dish chemicals properly
  • set up and organize the dish racks
  • remove trash
  • exhibit teamwork
