Job Requirements

  • No previous experience required
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Availability to work any shift including closing shifts preferred
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • Capacity to work in wet and confined areas with elevated temperatures
  • Ability to perform continuous bending, reaching, twisting, and manual tasks
  • Commitment to following food safety and cleanliness guidelines

Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Operate the dish machine
  • Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly
  • Set up and organize the dish racks
  • Remove trash
  • Exhibit teamwork
