Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Completion of all application parts including work experience section or submission of a detailed resume
- Redaction of personal information from official documents such as transcripts, training, or veterans documentation if submitted
- Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen steward role beneficial but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for sustained periods of standing and performing manual tasks
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food service environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
- Store clean dishes properly and maintain organized kitchen spaces
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping floors and cleaning surfaces and countertops
- Take out trash and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Stock supplies and kitchen necessities
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
