Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • availability to perform physical tasks related to the role

Job Duties

  • keep a tidy dish area and maintain organized food storage
  • ensure a sanitary and safe restaurant environment by mopping, sweeping floors, and removing trash
  • care for cleaning equipment and assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
  • unload delivery trucks and properly store supplies
  • stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
  • assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
