Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- availability to perform physical tasks related to the role

Job Duties
- keep a tidy dish area and maintain organized food storage
- ensure a sanitary and safe restaurant environment by mopping, sweeping floors, and removing trash
- care for cleaning equipment and assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- unload delivery trucks and properly store supplies
- stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
