- willingness to navigate mountain weather and canyon traffic
- flexibility to work peak ski and summer seasons

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to established standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing and kitchen areas
- perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, including equipment, floors, and drains
- clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- assist servers by delivering food and water to tables
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations
- assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper waste disposal
