Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and move with stamina for up to 5 hours at a time
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to adhere to strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols
  • Must arrive on time and in proper uniform
  • Must be honest, responsible, and reliable
  • Able to follow directions and accept constructive feedback
  • Open to learning new skills and flexible to perform multiple roles as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of previous dishwasher experience
  • Ability to comply with company safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with team
  • Willingness to learn and be cross trained
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Be highly reliable, responsible, honest, and supportive of the team
  • Be open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • Be willing to cross train in multiple restaurant positions
  • Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work
  • Follow all company safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
  • Wash hands regularly throughout the shift
  • Maintain constant communication with Chef and back-of-house leaders
  • Keep workstation clean and organized during the shift
  • Clean dish machine, walls, shelves, floor, tools, and food traps throughout and at the end of shift
  • Use sanitation bucket and sanitize tools and workstations to prevent cross-contamination
  • Sweep back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary
  • Exercise care with utensils, dishes, and equipment to minimize breakage
  • Follow waste disposal standards including 100% recycling and composting
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards job, team, and management
  • Perform other related duties as needed
