Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have open availability including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- ability to carry up to 60 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, bend for the duration of the shift
- ability to occasionally push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms
- ability to work in variable temperatures

Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
