Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to carry up to 60 lbs and place items above and below head height
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the entire shift
- Capable of occasionally pushing and pulling equipment, mops, and brooms
- Ability to work in variable temperature environments
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Capacity to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
- Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking spaces, maintaining organized storage for kitchen wares
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and support team members as needed
