Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, and stooping
- Willingness to follow company safety and security policies
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish washing machine and hand washing stations
- Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals to clean and disinfect kitchen area, tables, utensils, and equipment
- Pull, inspect, and stack cleaned items
- Re-clean any items that did not come clean
- Break down soiled bus tubs and empty/maintain trash cans and dumpster area
- Disinfect and mop all assigned areas
- Complete assigned safety training and certifications
