Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- neat in appearance
- able to pass background check and drug screen
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- able to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, and stooping
- willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and hand washing stations
- use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals to clean kitchen area, tables, utensils, and equipment
- pull, inspect, and stack cleaned items
- re-clean items that did not come clean
- break down soiled bus tubs
- empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area
- disinfect and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of items in proper containers
- complete assigned safety training and certifications
- break down cardboard boxes and place in recycle bin
- follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
