Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Prior dishwashing knowledge or experience within hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment desirable
- Ability to perform physical exertion including frequent walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with additional hours routinely required
- Reliable punctual attendance
- Ability to wear required uniform and gaming license if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing knowledge or hospitality, restaurant, or gaming experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience working within deadlines or under pressure
- Experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures including use of safety equipment
- Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions
- Ensures punctual and reliable attendance
- Wears and maintains uniform properly including nametag and gaming license
- Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen items
- Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans work stations
- Cleans tables and restaurant areas as required
- Develops positive relations with guests and employees
- Alerts supervisor of food and beverage quality concerns
- Follows security protocols for a safe work environment
- Maintains awareness of restaurant operations
- Receives training and guidance from supervisor
- Performs duties according to safety, health, and gaming standards
- Completes special projects as directed
