- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

Job Duties
- perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities
- wash dishes
- store and rotate food and supplies
- carry out janitorial duties in various service areas including dining room, restrooms, and other restaurant upkeep areas
- operate kitchen equipment following safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and service zones
- assist with unloading and storing deliveries
