Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous dishwashing or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts (up to 8 hours)
- Alaska Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts (up to 8 hours)
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both manual and mechanical cleaning methods
- Maintain the dishwashing area in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition at all times
- Properly handle and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Routinely clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors to uphold health and sanitation standards
- Safely dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste, transporting items to designated dumpster areas
- Check and maintain dish machine chemicals and water temperatures, reporting any malfunctions to a supervisor
- Support kitchen operations by restocking stations and assisting cooks as needed
- Promote and uphold a strong culture of safety and teamwork, including food safety and employee well-being
