- previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- ability to follow safety protocols
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting 50 lbs

Job Duties
- perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities
- wash dishes
- store and rotate food and supplies
- perform janitorial duties in dining room, restrooms, and other restaurant areas
- operate dishwashing equipment following safety standards
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
- assist kitchen staff as needed
