Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in dishwashing or related kitchen duties
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • physical stamina to stand and lift heavy items
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • wash and sanitize all food service utensils, glassware, plate ware, pots, and pans
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing stations
  • assist culinary team during peak service times
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • stock and organize cleaned items
  • dispose of waste properly
  • support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
