Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all food service utensils, glassware, plate ware, pots, and pans
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing stations
- assist culinary team during peak service times
- comply with health and safety regulations
- stock and organize cleaned items
- dispose of waste properly
- support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
