Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to maintain proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- capable of standing for long periods
- meet physical demands of the role
- willingness to work flexible daytime hours
- ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- pass background checks if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- prior experience in a kitchen or dishwasher role preferred but not required
- commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- ensure timely washing and availability of dishes and utensils
- follow established safety and hygiene protocols
- support inventory management of cleaning supplies
