Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
pass health and background checks
authorized to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
basic understanding of sanitation standards
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all food service utensils and equipment
maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station
support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and cookware
comply with health and safety regulations
assist with waste disposal and recycling
report any equipment malfunctions or hazards
collaborate with culinary team to maintain high kitchen standards
