Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand 100 percent of the time and work in congested areas
- occasional exposure to cold heat and water
- must be able to withstand continuous walking standing bending and climbing stairs
- must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds when needed
- must be able to lift carry push and or pull up to 35 pounds regularly
- smoking is not permitted on the premises
- comprehensive understanding of the English language
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- required to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays
- required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
- knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- knowledge of basic dish machine operations

Job Duties

- follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- perform duties as assigned
- demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule
- provide the highest level of service in accordance with standards
- properly clean and sanitize all dishes glassware utensils and pots
- maintain a clean and organized dish room and dish machine
- operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
- restock all dishes glassware utensils pots and pans
- remove all garbage and linen
- break down clean and sanitize the dish machine at end of shift
- keep storage areas and parking lot clean and organized
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
