Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of dishwashing and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • friendly and accommodating attitude
  • prior restaurant experience preferred
  • strong team player with a guest-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • clean kitchen and dining area floors
  • remove garbage and dispose of trash in appropriate containers
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area
  • assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stocking
  • follow all health and safety regulations
  • ensure availability of clean cookware and utensils at all times
