Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of dishwashing and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

- prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- clean kitchen and dining area floors
- remove garbage and dispose of trash in appropriate containers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stocking
- follow all health and safety regulations
- ensure availability of clean cookware and utensils at all times
