Job Requirements
- Physically able to stand for 5 hour shifts
- Ability to stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varying shift hours including weekends
- Availability for occasional overtime during special events and busy periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- Pleasant attitude and customer service oriented

Job Duties
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware and silverware from stacking area and carry items back to dishwashing area to be washed
- Pre-wash dishes, pots, pans as needed before stacking in dishwasher
- Operate dishwasher in accordance with manufacturer instructions
- Dry dishes as needed and place them in proper storage area
- Maintain a safe work area keeping area clean and dry
- Mop work area and kitchen upon completion of shift
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager
