Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes including cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Ensure the dish tank area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
- Handle dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Support team members to maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
