- Load and unload the dishwasher, ensuring it operates efficiently

- wash and sanitize food prep equipment, utensils, floors, dishes, flatware, and trays
- follow health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment
- collaborate with other kitchen staff as part of a team
- provide excellent customer service to both residents and staff
