Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic understanding of sanitation procedures
capability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
reliable and punctual
willingness to learn and take initiative
ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required
commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
ability to work collaboratively with kitchen team

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment continuously throughout your shift
return clean items to the correct stations immediately with no stacking or waiting
keep the dish pit floor clean and safe at all times with no standing water or slip hazards
take out trash proactively before it overflows
assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks and prep support during slower periods
follow all sanitation and chemical safety protocols without exception
communicate with line cooks and managers if you are getting backed up and speak up early
