Job Duties

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and garbage compactors
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas as well as utensils, knives, and kitchen equipment
receive deliveries and properly store perishable products, rotating stock
ensure clean dishes are stored in appropriate areas
use chemicals for washing and disinfecting dishes following safety standards
inspect and rewash dirty items, rinse with hot water to remove food residues
empty garbage bins, maintain trash areas, and handle recycling responsibly
clean and mop assigned areas
communicate clearly and professionally with team members
adhere to safety policies and report hazards
