Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
focusing on teamwork and guest satisfaction
following all cleanliness and safety protocols
