The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen and dining areas. This position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to ensure health and safety standards are met. The dishwasher will operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly, manage trash disposal within kitchen and dining areas, and contribute to kitchen prep by supporting cooks with food preparation tasks, including making Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Success in this role requires a team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols. It also demands physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts, and moving throughout the restaurant.

- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
- Focusing on team and guests in every decision
