The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster is an essential role that ensures the smooth operation and cleanliness of the restaurant. As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dishwashing equipment and other kitchen machinery. The role requires emptying trash in the kitchen and other areas while supporting cooks with food preparation tasks, including making Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. In this position, every decision should be made with both team and guest satisfaction in mind, maintaining rigorous cleanliness and safety standards. The job demands physical stamina, as it requires standing for extended shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds safely. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are critical attributes for success in this role.
