culinary experience preferred
ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
working as one kitchen by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
focusing on the team and guests in every decision made
following all cleanliness and safety protocols
