Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending and twisting
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Use detergent and sanitizing chemicals to clean dishes in 3-compartment sink
- Inspect and stack cleaned items, send soiled items for re-washing
- Rack and spray all items with hot water to remove food residue
- Clean and mop assigned areas, dispose of glass and recyclables properly
- Follow all safety and security policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- Support team efforts to meet goals and maintain quality standards
- Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks including bending and stooping
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
