The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is an essential position within the restaurant team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using the dishwasher and other equipment safely and efficiently. The individual in this role will also assist the kitchen team by supporting cooks with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and making the restaurant's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Teamwork and guest focus are critical components of this job, as every action taken should consider the impact on quality, safety, and customer experience.

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • focusing on the team and guests in every decision
