Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
Basic understanding of kitchen operations

Job Duties

Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
Keep the dish pit organized
Assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area
Work at a pace that supports efficient table turnover
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively
