Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to handle physical workload including lifting and moving kitchenware
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- support kitchen staff with timely dishwashing requirements
- follow health and safety guidelines consistently
- assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies
