Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- use cleaning chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all dishwashing equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans in the kitchen
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- help maintain line, sweep, and clear dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a positive working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative work climate
- greet guests with friendliness and a smile during shifts
