- Willingness to work with hot liquids, cleaning chemicals, and contaminated materials following safety guidelines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up the dishwashing and pot-sink area prior to meal service
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils throughout service and return items to proper storage locations
- Maintain weekly cleaning schedules for kitchen and equipment
- Dispose of trash, boxes, cans, and bottles in designated receptacles
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-in refrigerators, and tile dining areas
- Wash and maintain floor mats
- Uphold strict sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy, safe dining environment
- Follow established closing procedures daily
