Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 40 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
- follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
- sprays dishes before washing
- follows wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry method when washing by hand
- ensures the dishwasher is washing dishes effectively
- loads dishwasher properly for maximum effectiveness
- takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
- troubleshoots minor guest issues
- maintains a clean and pleasant environment
