Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health safety regulations
- Operate dish machine equipment in a safe manner while following proper sanitation as defined by local and state health departments
- Check dish machines for proper operation, including set-up, breakdown, arms, screens, conveyors, and baskets
- Report any defects in dish machines to management
- Check water temperature during dishwashing operation
- Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories
- Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds
