Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- Friendly demeanor with ability to smile often while working
- Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
